All products sold at the SPOT Market Webstore ship with a 2 week evaluation policy and can be returned for full credit less shipping if returned in new condition and in their original packaging materials:

• Products between 15 and 30 days from date of invoice will be credited less a 15% restocking fee.
• Products over 30 days from invoice date are not returnable.

You must request an RMA (return material authorization) number and then indicate it on the return shipment before we will accept receipt of the return at our facility. To request an RMA number, please contact us to request an RMA number. Shipping costs, taxes, duties and insurance on products being returned to Diagnostic Instruments are the responsibility of the customer.
