SMS6B Ball Bearing Boom StandThis dual arm boom stand is the gold standard of the industry and is in use in thousands of locations and applications worldwide. It supports an additional microscope weight of up to 23 lbs. (10.4Kg) fully extended.
The SMS6B boom stand includes the following components:
- Dual shaft ball bearing arm assembly terminating in a bonder socket
- 24" vertical post
- Weighted base
This SMS6B boom stand is a current model, brand new, and comes with a 2-year
factory warranty.
The SMS6B horizontal arm terminates in 5/8" bonder socket to accept the industry standard microscope 5/8" diameter bonder dowel. If your microscope doesn't have this 5/8" dowel, you will need a fixed or tilting microscope adapter to mount your microscope to it. These are available separately.
