This dual arm boom stand is the gold standard of the industry and is in use in thousands of locations and applications worldwide.
This model includes the dual-arm boom and 24" vertical post only.  This model is designed for users who already own a SPOT Imaging Solutions/Diagnostic Instruments base, or who are using this stand in a custom setup.
It supports an additional microscope weight of up to 23 lbs (10.4Kg) fully extended.

The SMS6B horizontal arm terminates in a bonder socket mount to accept the standard microscope bonder mount 5/8" diameter dowel.  If your microscope doesn't have this 5/8" dowel, you will need a fixed or tilting microscope adapter to mount your microscope to it.
