The SPOT RT3 Monochrome digital camera is excellent for brightfield and fluorescence imaging applications. The RT3 Monochrome offers 14-bit high speed data readout and user-friendly Firewire connectivity.   The RT3 Monochrome provides excellent quantum efficiency, short exposure times and clean data.  The RT3 Monochrome also has very low read noise. 
This enables high dynamic range, especially when combined with the deep pixel wells of its Kodak KAI 2020-M CCD. 

 
This is a complete package including the SPOT RT3 Monochrome camera head, Firewire cable, power supply, power supply cable, and SPOT Basic software. The only additional items required to get started imaging with the camera are a coupler for your microscope and a Firewire adapter card, if you don't have a Firewire port on your computer.
