The PA1-12A permits you to take photographs through your microscope using a 35 mm SLR camera or digital SLR camera. In addition to the PA1-12A, you will need a T-mount adapter for your camera and a Nikon 2.0X or 2.5X photoeyepiece.* The Nikon photoeyepiece slides down into the PA1-12A to relay the image up to the camera, and the T-mount adapter screws onto the top of the PA1-12A to adapt your camera.
