The DTE is the bottom/microscope portion of SPOT Imaging Solutions DD**TEC adapters. The DTE accepts SPOT Imaging Solutions D10NLC, DD63NLC, DD50NLC, or DD12NLC adapters and allows them to mate to the following microscopes:

Nikon TE2000-E front port
Nikon TE2000-U front port
