The DAM is the bottom portion of the SPOT Imaging Solutions' D**AMC microscope couplers. The DAM accepts a SPOT Imaging Solutions D10NLC, DD63NLC, DD50NLC, or DD12NLC adapter and allows them to mate to American Optical (Leica) Epistar, Microstar 10, Microstar 110, and Microstar 120 microscopes.
